These are made out of polymer clay, making them durable but also lightweight! Studs are made of stainless steel and backed with a resin coating.  Backings are made of metal.

All shipped orders are packaged well and posted in a sturdy box to minimize breakages during delivery. Although polymer clay is quite strong, handle products with care once recieved to minimise damage and breakages.
